Fix the chinese encoding problem in the AppFuse generated application

Using the AppFuse on Mac OSX, you will find the default generation of an application couldn't display the Traditional Chinese / Simplified Chinese as normal like this.

Which archetype are you using? I'd like to try and reproduce the problem so I can fix it.

Thanks in advance. this is my platform information.

- Mac OSX 10.4.10 (default language : english with Traditional chinese as language)
- appfuse 1.9.4 (execute with default setting)
- using MySQL
